MVHR Scotland

SERVICES

Built to breathe

01

MVHR Supply, Install & Commission

MVHR systems supplied, installed and properly commissioned, not just fitted and left. Carried out by BPEC certified engineers, with full documentation for compliance and handover. Optional annual servicing available.

02

Air Tightness Testing

Required for your as-built SAP calculations and final EPC certificate. We carry out accurate, certified testing so there are no surprises at the end of your project. ATTMA certified (BCTA).

03

Air Tight Sealing

Once your M&E services are in, every penetration, window and door opening needs to be properly sealed to maintain a continuous airtight layer through the building envelope. We make sure that layer isn't compromised.

04

Spillage Testing

Typically required when applying for a Completion Certificate. We carry this out as a standalone service or alongside our other works.

ABOUT

All about Air Performance Scotland

Air Performance Scotland was set up to do one thing well: make sure ventilation and air tightness are taken seriously, from the first fix right through to handover. We'd seen too many MVHR systems fitted but never properly commissioned and too many air tests left until the last possible moment, so we built a service that puts these things front and centre, rather than treating them as an afterthought.

We work closely with architects, contractors, kit manufacturers and self-builders across Argyll & Bute, the Highlands and the Central Belt, getting involved as early as we can so there are no surprises further down the line. Whether that's installing and commissioning an MVHR system, carrying out air tightness or spillage testing, or sealing up after first fix, our aim is always the same: a building that performs the way it was designed to.

We're BPEC certified for MVHR installation and commissioning and ATTMA certified (BCTA) for air tightness testing, so when we sign off on something, it carries real weight. If you've got a project coming up, we'd love to hear from you.
